Why join Primary Employers Tasmania

Membership Fees

Our membership fee is based on how many Employees you have working in the business over a 12-month period. It is calculated by adding all of the full time, part-time, casual and seasonal workers together to create a total number of Full Time Employees (FTE). Once you have your total number of employees, see the pricing below.

To help calculate your total employees, use the following guide:

1 Full Time worker = 1 FTE

1 Part Time worker = 0.75 FTE

1 Casual worker = 0.75 FTE

1 Seasonal worker =0.25 FTE

For example, if you have 4 FTE, 3 part-time and 4 seasonal workers, you have a total of 7.25 FTE employees in your business. This means the annual membership would be $500.
