Strategic Planning Day
PET’s Executive Committee recently participated in a strategic planning day to review the past few years and looking at the future of the organisation. Facilitated by Bec Rumble, the Committee concentrated on membership and how to attract and retain, the sub-committee structure, the organisation’s relationship with other peak bodies , and its marketing priorities.
